Main job description of an Amenity Attendant:

1. To ensure that all users of the amenity have paid to participate.
2. To deal with complaints and offer advice in a courteous manner to members of the public.
3. Responsible for the daily operation of the site amenity
4. Carry out daily inspections / reports, record faults and report to the site
5. Assist with special events.
6. Any other duties appropriate to the grade, as required.
